    Zx102 is a modern one-storey house from the Parto collection in an elegant, modernist style. The simple cubic form is enriched by arcades from the entrance and the living room - an excellent place to rest.


    The advantage of the design is a spacious utility room, ideal as a solid fuel boiler. A handy storage space, accessible from the terrace, will work as a place for tools and garden furniture.


    The day zone is a spacious living room with a large kitchen in an open composition. The rooms can be separated if necessary by a partition wall. The kitchen includes larder. The living room leads to the covered terrace. In the opposite part of the building a night zone was distinguished with three comfortable rooms. There are also two bathrooms for the household, a smaller one with a cabin and a larger one located close to the bedroom. In addition, the application program enriches a small room with a window that can act as a laundry or closet. You can also enlarge them by removing the wardrobe in the lobby.
