Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.

Zx53 is a one-story house with a neat, modern shape. On a small area only 100m2 offers a rich application program with three bedrooms. Carefully selected elements of the façade finish and arcades with pergolas underline its innovative character.
The simple design allows for almost any interior arrangement. Partitions can be moved or removed freely. The recreation area is a spacious living room combined with an open kitchen. There is a handy pantry in the kitchen, next there is an additional toilet with a window. In the night part three comfortable bedrooms are planned, each with a large balcony window and a comfortable bathroom. From the living room and the master bedroom is a direct exit to the covered terrace.
