Zx57 GL is an innovative one-storey family home with a unique architectural form. It refers to the latest trends in contemporary architecture. Synthesis of white, gray and light wood is one of the elements characteristic of this type of architecture. The peculiar appearance of the solid also gives the combination of a roof with a small slope with a flat roof, ie a flat roof.


The interior has been designed to include all necessary rooms and to separate the night zone from the day. The house is dedicated to people who value privacy and a warm family atmosphere. One of its advantages is a spacious living room combined with a kitchen, dining room and an exit to the covered terrace. The living room has large glazing, which is a gentle transition between the living room and the outside terrace open to the garden. In the night zone there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Most rooms have access to the garden. In the single-storey garage, a direct entrance to the hall was designed, greatly facilitating communication at home. A large niche for the wardrobe in the hall is another confirmation that our architects remembered the functionality when designing Zx57 GL.
