Zx55 2m is a modern and functional house with a single-storey garage with an elegant architectural form and an efficiently shaped internal space. A distinguishing feature is the spacious terrace on the first floor, which is also the roofing of the entrance and terrace on the ground floor. The combination of white and stone on the façades creates a coherent whole with a high attractiveness.



The first flat is on the ground floor. A comfortable living area is a living room with access to the terrace, along with a partially separated dining room and kitchenette, which can be transformed into a closed kitchen separated from the living room at any time by the magic wand. There is also an additional room and a large bathroom with a separate laundry area, which can be separated by a door to achieve a higher aesthetic experience.



The second floor is a flat with two rooms and a living room connected to the dining room. The kitchen is located separately but we can transform it into an annex, removing the wall adjacent to the living room. Then a deep salon space will be created, and from there, you will reach the terrace surrounding the house on three sides. Since most rooms lead independently to this spacious terrace, each of the household members can stay in another part of it, without disturbing the other residents.
