Zx40 is a unique design of a two-chamber house. The façade, completely made in a graphite shingle, emphasizes its innovative character. The design is ideal for building on a narrow plot with a side entrance to a two-car garage, where each floor can be assigned one parking space. Using appropriate technologies, the house can successfully perform an energy-saving function. This will save time, energy and money in the course of its operation.

The biggest advantage of the Zx40 project is the ability to change the interior space freely. Partition walls can be moved freely, reducing or enlarging the surfaces of bathrooms, bedrooms, adding rooms or creating a huge living room area. Large glazing surfaces perfectly illuminate the interior with healthy, natural light.

Another advantage of this project is the enlarged garage with two stands, from which it leads directly to the utility room.

Ingenious solutions are also visible on the first floor (in the second apartment). Thanks to the original window joinery, the planned rooms are bright and well-lit. From each room it can lead to the balcony and a spacious terrace, while fireplaces in the living rooms on each floor will add warmth to the home.

Zx40 is a proposal for those seeking an exceptionally distinctive design, in which the creativity of residents stimulates its appearance as well as being in its innovative interior.
