Zx26 is a simple, contemporary villa-style house with a two-seater garage and a terrace on the first floor, as well as a comfortable arrangement of rooms.

The external appearance is characterized by divisions inspired from suburban homes in the American style. The game of lumps and contrast makes this house an amazing impression and perfectly fits into the surrounding landscape.

The interior of the house is designed for people demanding and valuing practicality and usability. Functionally, this house has been divided into two zones, the daily one which is on the ground floor and the bed room, which we have on the first floor. The living area has a study, a spacious, spacious living room and a kitchen with a separate pantry. The stairs to the upper floor, which are an integral part of the living room, constitute a strong point in this project, because we do not lose the space to separate the staircase.

In the night part there are three large bedrooms, each with space for a large wardrobe and a bath room with a comfortable laundry room, in which there is space for a large built-in wardrobe. The parents' bedroom has a separate wardrobe and an exit to the 30m2 terrace, located above the garage, from which you can admire the landscape of the area.
