Description of the project
The ground floor is an extended daily zone of the house, in which there are two sanitary nodes. A toilet was designed near the living room so that guests would not have to "explore" our private bathroom.
The dining section is separated from the kitchen part by a pantry, which will house twice as many preserves and less used kitchen utensils than the average kitchen cabinets. From the living room there is a direct exit leading to a partially covered terrace. It is a perfect place to rest at the side of a loved one, with two glasses of evening wine.
In the second part of the ground floor, two rooms were located. One, with a private bathroom, can be a bedroom, and the other will serve as a private office. There is also the possibility of adapting these two rooms for the elderly. Thanks to this, they will always be close to the rest of the household while maintaining independence.
From the double garage we have a practical passage to the utility room, where there is a mower and other garden tools. Hanging clothes intended for the care of the backyard garden.
The first floor is the night zone of the house. All of the three bedrooms have two adjoining, tastefully finished rooms: a private bathroom and a dressing room. From each side of the house, we can go out onto adjoining terraces to relax. Large glazing in the rooms provide twice as much sunlight and a good mood that is inseparable from it.
