The Z440 house design is an example of using a small space in such a way as to create something unique. The large glazing from the garden and the emptiness above the living room are characteristic here.
On the ground floor, a good solution is a study room with the possibility of adapting to a guest room or a bedroom. The lobby - a place associated with a narrow, unattractive connection to other rooms - here it "breathes" thanks to the use of large glazing in the day zone, through which a beautiful view of the garden extends. A custom solution is the use of stairs, which become a decorative element of the living room.
In the attic there are 3 rooms and a bathroom. The advantage of this project is the possibility of rearranging the space in such a way as to create two rooms separated from each other by a hall and bathroom (thanks to the combination of rooms with areas of 8.01 m2 and 8.00 m2, a bedroom with a dressing room could be created).
Due to the fact that the house has no windows on the side façades, there is a possibility to build a garage - an alternative can be the world seen on the visuals.
