Z381 is a project of a traditional one-storey house with a gable roof, and modern, simple roofs. Large glazing is the domain of the back of the house. The façade is finished with dark wooden elevation boards against a white plaster.
The entrance was roofed in a similar way from the front and from the terrace side. In the project, the economic room was abandoned. The gas stove was placed in a smaller bathroom so that no 2 chimney was created.
The interior of the house is divided into a living and bed part.
On the left side there is a sitting room connected to a bright dining room. The windows were purposefully used for the floor itself. It is nice to spend time in a well-lit apartment. The fireplace was placed on the corner so that the sparking fire in the hearth could be seen from different sides in the room. It adds a family atmosphere to the peculiar taste of warmth.
The kitchen was opened to the living room to enlarge the space and unite the household members. A handy pantry will be appreciated by every lady of the house. The master of the house will not be against it either. After all, homemade wine should be stored "within reach" of the guests visiting us.
The guest bathroom with a gas stove is centrally located.
The right part of the house is the bedroom. 3 bedrooms, each of which has an exit to the terrace, and one additional wardrobe. The main bathroom with a washing machine is located at the front. The window in the high window sill will give us light and at the same time will not let us look inward.
