Z291 is a contemporary, two-storey Z500 design with a multi-pitched roof and a two-garage garage.

The elevation is decorated with white and gray plaster with black inserts, and the glass balustrades crystallize the unconventional style of the building.

From the garden side there is a terrace and a large glazing panel perfectly illuminating the interior of the house.

The ground floor is the economic part and the daily zone of the house. The economic part includes: a two-station with rooms that can be used as a PG and a storage for garden tools. The daily part of the house consists of: a spacious living room with a tasteful dining area and a kitchenette with a kitchen island that every lady will appreciate. A handy pantry will greatly simplify kitchen work for every household member who wants to become the cook of the day.

The living room has been built with a glazed sliding wall, thanks to which in warm days it can be enlarged by the terrace surface opening the exit. Also remembered about the office from which you can go out to the terrace to get some fresh air while working. It can also be used as a room for an elderly person.

The first floor is the night zone of the house. They consist of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, which is a big advantage. All four bedrooms have exit to the terrace. Thanks to this, the queue for sunbathing or washing up the laundry will not be a problem for any of the household members. The largest bedroom has two adjoining, tastefully finished rooms: a private bathroom and a dressing room. Large glazing in the rooms provide more sunlight and a good mood that is inseparable from it.

The Z291 project is dedicated to a family that respects their habits and values their privacy. It can be a two-generation home, because it solves the biggest problem of household members associated with "getting in the way" - each of the household has its own 4 corners.
