    A one-storey, contemporary house with a multi-colored roof in shades of gray, with a single-car garage and an inverted arrangement of rooms, where the bedrooms are arranged in a wing from the front.



    The entrance to the house was placed deep inside the building. Canopy roof allows you to safely find the keys to your home during the rain. We can also observe from this place who is visiting our door.



    The solid is 3 intermingling cubes. One of them was finished with black facade stone. The others are decorated with gray concrete and white plaster. In the middle, there is a living area. It was perfectly lighted, using large glazing, up to the floor. In the summer, they open wide, provide a way to the wide, roofed terraces. They give the possibility of expanding the living space with a terrace part. It is an ideal place for taking guests and arranging occasional parties.



    Double-sided fireplace was placed centrally, so that thanks to the heat of the furnace to obtain the effect of the peculiar charm of the rooms.



    The kitchen island will be appreciated by every person who likes to prepare various dishes. Handy support in the form of a well-placed pantry can be helpful at every stage of meal preparation. In the project dedicated to you, the pantry also acts as a link between the garage, the utility room and the rest of the house. It gives us the possibility of ergonomic use of these rooms. Thanks to this, we carry the shopping directly from the garage to the pantry and the kitchen.



    The bedroom of the house can be separated by an additional door added in the lobby, just behind the toilet placed near the living room and intended for guests visiting us.



    The nbedroom consists of 3 rooms, each of which has an adjoining wardrobe, while one of them has an additional private bathroom.



    The Z279 project is designed for people who want relaxation, family retreat and comfort.
