Z276 is a functional two-storey house with a simple, energy-saving shape. The entrance gutter without the post and the list of facings on the façades underline its modern character.



By removing the window in the living room on the side facade, you can place this house also on a narrower plot with a width of 14.74 m.



The ground floor is a spacious day zone with partially covered kitchen. There is also a handy pantry, a large toilet, a large utility room. The space under the stairs can also be separated from the living room and used for additional storage. A great advantage are the comfortable stairs with the landing.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a similar area, a large shared bathroom and a wardrobe niche. The main bedroom includes a spacious wardrobe.



Z276 is a proposal of a compact house for a family of 3-4 people in a modern form. A simple block will affect low construction costs and subsequent utilization.
