Net area: This is the area of all rooms of the building measured at floor level, taking into account plaster and wall cladding. Does not diminish the floor area of variable height - eg. In the attic. To put it simply - so as to spread in all areas of the carpet on the floor.

Z171 is a functional house design with an arranged attic. A classic block with a two-seater garage covered with an envelope roof and enriched with a slick dormer on the front and side of the garden.
The interior of the house is divided symmetrically into two wings. In the living area, living room, kitchen and dining room are located in separate annexes, although their space permeates each other. Two comfortable exits from the living room and dining room, lead to the roofed part of the terrace, and further to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a living room and a small toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Comfortable dimensions of the rooms ensure a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The large bathroom has a separate space for the laundry. The parents' bedroom is located in the bay, enlarging and illuminating the room. A private dressing room and an intimate bathroom are available from the room. The space above the garage (over 33m2), accessible from the lobby can be adapted arbitrarily.
